Yesterday I was honoured to be the winner of the 2021 Bioceuticals Integrative Medicine Award for Contribution to Research & Education.
Presented at their three day Symposium this weekend, the Bioceuticals Integrative Medicine Awards are a way for complementary and integrative medicine professionals to be recognised by their peers, through a peer nomination process followed by review by an expert panel of judges.
It was wonderful to not just be nominated, but to be the recipient of this award. I have been passionate about professional education in herbal and naturopathic medicine for decades, and view research – and research dissemination – as the next logical step.
